Unfortunately, Buyagift don't offer refunds, but they are happy to exchange your gift voucher for something more suitable should you change your mind. There is a simple €˜Exchange my Voucher' option after logging in, and the website then allows you to browse options that might be suitable for an exchange.

If there is a price difference between your original and new vouchers, Buyagift helpfully allow you to add money to your account, or they offer a credit voucher with the difference on if the new voucher is less than the original. You can combine the value of multiple vouchers if you are lucky enough to have more than one, and treat yourself to a single high-end experience as a substitute.

Some items from the website do not meet the requirements for exchange, such as Print and Go tickets and perishable goods such as food.
