History of Damart

Damart only has an online presence in the UK, so purchases can be made 24 hours a day! The customer service line is open 8am to 8pm every day.

Delivery Information

Damart delivers to the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. The Standard service aims to deliver goods within 7 days but most purchases arrive much quicker. The Express service guarantees delivery within 2-3 working days, subject to a £3 fee (in addition to standard delivery charges).

Returns Policy

Customers can return an item within 14 days and there are several methods you can choose. A courier collection, which costs £3.99, can be booked by phoning 0871 200 0652. Book the courier online; enter your 16 digit parcel barcode number and postcode, and a courier will collect the parcel, at a cost of £2.99. You can take your parcel to any ParcelShop. Choose the 'Drop off at a myHermes ParcelShop' option when you make your booking online.

You can also take your parcel to any Post Office. Complete the returns form included in your parcel and address the returns parcel to: Damart, Returns Department, Station Road, Steeton, Keighley, BD20 6RA. Secure the item in its original packaging where possible. Remember to get a proof of posting certificate, which is provided free of charge. Note that returning an item is at your own cost. Payments for complete orders returned will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation.

Security & Reviews

There are two secure ways to pay.

Pay for your order online using Mastercard, Visa, debit card or American Express. Note that www.damart.co.uk only accepts cards registered in the UK. You can pay at the time of your order using your Mastercard, Visa, American Express or debit card.

There is also the option of the Damart Select Personal Account (Representative APR 34.2% variable). This allows customers to try items in the comfort of their own home before they pay. Payments can be made in full or over several flexible instalments. A simple, easy to follow statement is sent out monthly.

Damart has received several negative reviews about the brand and the online shopping experience from previous customers expressing their view on TrustPilot, [https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.damart.co.uk.] However it's worth noting that the majority of people will only leave an online review of a store when they have experienced a problem, many thousands of customers who were very happy with the service will not leave any review at all, even though they are perfectly happy with their purchase.
