Fetch is a 24-hour online store, with a dedicated customer service hotline operating from 8am-11pm seven days per week.

Delivery Information

There's no need to wait around when you place an order with Fetch. You'll always be provided with a one-hour delivery slot so you can make sure somebody is available to collect.

Delivery slots are available seven days per week, from 6am to 11.30pm. One hour delivery is free on orders of £29 or more, or £2.99 for smaller orders. Fetch orders are carried out in association with Ocado's specialist delivery network, meaning you can have your pet supplies and your Ocado grocery order delivered at the same time if you like.

If you order an item that's too large to fit in a regular delivery, they'll have it delivered by courier at no extra cost. Order before 3pm for free next day delivery. Courier items are usually delivered between 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-5pm Sunday.

Returns Policy

Fetch offers a free return policy for any items you are not completely satisfied with. This includes products that:

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging no later than 28 days after the date of delivery. To arrange a return, contact Fetch by phone or email and you will be advised of the best way to return your item. Regular customers can have return items collected with their next delivery, or you can request a Collect Plus returns sticker and Fetch will cover the cost.
