Although there are LED Hut trade points located around the world, the company doesn't actually own any physical shops. Their phone number does have a listed operating time, which is 8:45am to 6:15pm every Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, the support line is open from 9am to 1pm. Delivery Information

Orders from LED Hut are sent using Yodel (UK and worldwide) and are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. LED Hut have two delivery methods, a next day service, which is cut off at 4pm, and a 48 hour service. If you have ordered from LED Hut and haven't received your order within 48 hours they recommend contacting them about it. LedHut don't ship on weekends. If you've ordered multiple items from LED Hut you may get multiple packages.

LED Hut's next day delivery service is free when you order products or multiple products totalling over £60.

Returns Policy

LedHut offers a 30-day "no-quibble" returns or replacement policy. However, in order to fulfil this, you must return the product(s) in the original condition received, which means in the original and undamaged packaging. If you've ordered multiple items, you are only allowed to send one of them back. But if you've ordered items that are part of a bundle, you who have to return the entire bundle and not just the specific item you want to return.

If the item being returned is not faulty and hasn't been returned in 30 days, then it can only be returned in exchange for store credit of 15% off the original price. If said product hasn't been returned with the correct forms, you could be liable for a £10 administration fee, so try and ensure everything is in order as soon as possible after the product arrives.

When returning an item you must obtain a return authorisation number and send it via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. If Royal Mail doesn't operate in your country, you will need to contact LED Hut separately in regards to your delivery.
