Lipsy supplies a number of department stores, including Next, Debenhams, Robinsons (Singapore), ASOS, and Myer (Australia), and sells a variety of products, including fragrance, cosmetics, clothes, accessories, watches, shoes and sunglasses. The first Lipsy store was opened in 2008 and launched its first celebrity collection by Pixie Lott in 2010, called Pixie Lott for Lipsy, with a second celebrity collection by Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian called Kardashian Kollection for Lipsy, which has been so successful that it has been relaunched every year since it began. Most recently the brand have collaborated with Michelle Keegan to create a collection that is exclusive to Lipsy.

The brand is synonymous with young women and has seen the likes of Millie Mackintosh, of Made in Chelsea fame, and Alex Gerrard front its successful global campaigns. On the edge of high street and celebrity fashion, Lipsy is the brand for the young, trendy and fashion conscious.

Lipsy stores are mostly found in department stores and bigger stores like Next and Debenhams throughout the UK, so opening times vary throughout and it is best to check online for the specific store's opening times. Most stores will, however, have the following opening hours (based on London hours at Stratford shopping centre Westfield):

Delivery Information

Lipsy.co.uk offers standard delivery and next day delivery to most locations in the UK. Standard delivery costs £3.75 to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and takes one to three working days to arrive. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland costs £3.75 and takes three to five working days. Lipsy.co.uk also offers cheap international shipping to over 90 countries, with deliveries outside of the UK anywhere in the world costing just £5, this includes Australia, Asia the USA and Canada, with delivery times varying for each location. Lipsy.co.uk also offers promotional free delivery offers seasonally, so look out for the notifications on their website (these are usually for orders over £75 and can be found at the bottom of their website), and also occasionally transfers standard delivery to next day delivery during promotional seasons.

Returns Policy

Should you need to return an item to Lipsy.co.uk items must be returned within 21 days of purchase, returned in a saleable condition and with the tag still attached. Lipsy.co.uk does not offer free returns, but does include a returns label with your order that should be attached to the parcel when you post the items back to Lipsy.co.uk. Orders purchased online cannot be returned to one of Lipsy's stores. It is advisable to use a recorded delivery service when posting back a return in the UK, and ensure you obtain a proof of postage, in case something happens to your parcel. Any items bought in a Lipsy store must be returned to that specific Lipsy store. Cosmetics and earrings cannot be returned, and swimwear, tights and lingerie can only be returned if they are in the original packaging and still have their hygiene slips in place.
