Delivery Information

The majority of Oak Furniture Land deliveries are via free of charge two man delivery, the estimated times of which are notified once an order is placed. This delivery service can be tracked and will take place within a three hour window on the delivery day. There is an extra charge of £39 for express named day delivery. Free one man pallet delivery is available in some selected postcodes which are not covered by two man standard or express delivery services and these are listed on the website. Free parcel courier delivery is available for smaller parcels of less than 25kg.

Returns Policy

Non-faulty items can be returned up to seven days after delivery or 14 days for online purchases, after which time returns can only be made for faulty items. If returning a non-faulty item, the customer is liable for return delivery costs but will be eligible for a full refund if the item is returned in as new condition in the original packaging. Exclusions to the company money back guarantee are mattresses, unless in unopened packaging, and upholstered furniture, such as sofas and armchairs, as these are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty goods will be evaluated and if eligible, an exchange, repair or refund may be offered.
