Returns Policy

Offspring have two separate returns policies depending on whether you made the purchase in store or online. Customers who bought online can either return goods to their closest store or to the returns team within 28 days of delivery. Assuming all goods are unworn and in their original condition, a refund will be processed within one to three working days. Customers who purchased in store have a different returns policy and can only return items to store with proof of purchase.
