Delivery Information

Free delivery is available throughout the UK on all orders over £50. Deliveries made under this system will arrive within 3-5 days after dispatch, although may be longer depending on location, whether the item is in stock, and other factors. Warehouse will send a confirmation email after the order is made, and another one once the item has been dispatched.

For orders under £50, a £3.99 delivery charge will apply. Orders under this system will take the same amount of time as those described above.

Returns Policy

There are a number of options available for returning items. The quickest method is to drop the item off at the nearest Warehouse store. All you need to take with you is the item and the dispatch form provided in the parcel, along with the payment method used online (such as your credit/debit card, for instance). Alternatively, you can choose to drop off the item at your local Collect+ store. These are dotted all over the country and are usually open seven days a week. Another option is to print off a returns form and send the item back. Or you can chose to pay £2.99 to have the item collected within one hour from your home or place of work.

All items (excluding earrings) can be returned within one month of purchase for a refund. This excludes sale items, which must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
