Warren James has maintained its early promise throughout a period of solid growth for the brand. They have retained their identity by selling only their own high quality jewellery, with only one notable addition - the Swarovski brand. Perhaps the greatest joy, though, comes from gazing at the prices; considering the obvious quality and craftsmanship of each individual piece, the cost is well below that of most other jewellery brands. Warren James is the brand. The only other jewellery brand sold online and in store is Swarovski, a design and manufacturing company producing luxury crystal jewellery. Swarovski is also a family-run business; it was founded in Austria in the 1950s and carries a distinctive swan logo on all its pieces. Swarovski jewellery prices are similar to those sold by Warren James, making these two brands excellent partners for the contemporary marketplace.

Store opening times may vary, depending upon the location. High street stores normally open at the following times:

Delivery Information

For all orders over £49, delivery within the UK is absolutely free. Warren James offers either standard UK delivery, which can take up to five days, or next working day delivery.

Remember how Warren James keep their prices down by focusing on the product, rather than the packaging? Having purchased your item, you are asked whether you would like to purchase a plain gift box to put it in - for £2.50. If you choose not to take up this offer, Warren James explain that your item of jewellery will be wrapped securely and placed in a black plastic grip-bag for delivery.

Returns Policy

Most items are fully refundable, as long as you notify Warren James of your request for a refund no later than 16 days after the date of dispatch. The customer is required to send back the item, and it is assessed for signs of damage before a refund is issued. The whole process can take up to five days to complete.

There are items which Warrens James exempts from the refund process. On the grounds of health & safety legislation, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be refunded. Another exemption is jewellery that has been personalised for the buyer and could not, therefore, be resold.

If you have purchased jewellery at one of the Warren James stores, you are able to exchange the item for up to 16 days after the date of purchase. Unfortunately this service is not available to online buyers.

Security & Reviews

Warren James prides itself on customer service and this naturally extends to the ways in which it stores and protects personal information. The company abides by data protection legislation and states that any personal information held will not be sold or passed on to third parties, but will be used only as part of the process of enhancing the customer experience.

The online store does not carry customer reviews and, in fact, they are quite hard to come by. Reviewcentre.com has some reviews from customers though. Whilst there are some glowing testimonials, the majority of the experiences reported are quite negative; a common feature appeared to be stones becoming dislodged, or falling out. Unfortunately customers that attempted to return faulty goods to high street stores reported an unhelpful and abrasive attitude from staff. Of course, these reviews represent a minute proportion of Warren James' customers, and cannot be considered representative of the whole.
